Mardi did her research. Listing price was spot on. Process/timeline clearly explained. Excellent advise on preparation of house for sale (we were probably going to do additional updates than necessary). She was extremely personable and instantly made us feel comfortable. She was always available via text, phone or in person. Mardi expertly answered all our questions. From our perspective, it was a smooth, quick process from our initial meeting to closing.

I had been half heartedly looking for a property in Dillsburg for over a year. I was looking for something closer to my parents. Mardi rocks as a realtor

Mardi was extremely helpful with the sale of our house. I had already relocated to NC for work which left my wife behind to deal with this. Mardi was great at keeping us both up to date and in the know of what needs to be done. She worked closely with my wife in person and me by email. She is a very organized and knowledgeable agent who I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.
